1. This is the second bail application by the applicants. Their earlier bail application has been dismissed on 2.11.2016.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that though upon framing of charges, the applicants are charged of having committed offence which are bailable in nature, prayer for grant of bail had to be repeated because earlier bail application was rejected by this Court.

3. The bail application was earlier dismissed at the time when charges were not framed and the charge sheet filed by the police alleged commission of bailable as well as non-bailable offence. The situation has now changed.

4. As the charges framed against the applicants are for the offences which are bailable in nature, the applicants are entitled to grant of bail as a matter of

-2right. Therefore, it is directed that on each of the applicants furnishing appropriate bail bond and surety to the satisfaction of the trial Court, they shall be released on bail.
