The present is an application filed under Section 439 of CrPC seeking for grant of bail to the Applicant who is in jail since 29.9.2017 in connection with Crime No.175/2017 registered at Police Station- Pithaura, District- Mahasamund, for the offence punishable under Section 20(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant prays for withdrawal of the present bail application, with a liberty to revive the same after the material witnesses are examined before the Court below. 3.

The application for grant of bail stands accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
