In view of the subsequent developments, the case of the petitioner has been considered for promotion and he has been recommended and the matter has been sent to the State Government for approval under Section 94 of the Municipalities Act. At this Stage, the petition is disposed off. The state shall do well to take appropriate decision on the proposal of the municipalities within a period of three months.
