1. Heard.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was initially appointed as Shiksha Karmi Grade-II on 12.11.2010, thereafter, the petitioner completed 8 years of service on 12.11.2018 from the initial appointment. Therefore, as per the circular of the State Government Annexure P-1 dated 17.05.2013 the petitioner was entitled to get the

revised pay scale from 12.11.2018 whereas the benefit of revised pay scale was granted from 27.07.2019.

3. Considering the facts, after perusal of the circular dated 17.05.2013, it is directed that the respondents 3 & 4 shall take appropriate decision at the earliest for releasing the arrears of revised pay scale after verification of the factual aspect whether the petitioner has completed 8 years of service on 12.11.2018 or not. It is expected that the said exercise shall be carried out within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
