At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing to clear the entire dues as claimed by the Bank.

Learned counsel for the Bank submits that if the petitioner has a proposal, he may approach respondent No.1 and / or respondent No.2 in the office with a written offer which shall be considered. 3.

In view of the above, let the petitioner submit an offer in writing before respondent No.2 within ten days regarding his willingness to deposit the entire amount.

It is made clear that if the petitioner does not deposit the amount with the Bank, the balance amount recoverable from her

within the time as may be granted by the Bank, the Bank would be at liberty to proceed further in the matter in accordance with law. 5.
