1. The limited grievance that the petitioner has is in respect of non granting of promotion to the petitioner to assume the duties on the promoted post of Lecturer vide promotion order dated 30.05.2017.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that two petitioners herein were posted in the block Wadrafnagar, District Balrampur -Ramanujganj and the order of promotion dated 30.5.2017 was never served upon the petitioner and they

were not aware of such promotion order having been issued in their favour and it is only recently they came to know about the same and when they have immediately approached the respondents for permitting them to assume the charge on the promoted post of Lecturer, however the same is not being considered by the authorities concerned.

3. Given the said facts, let an appropriate decision be taken by the respondent no.2 & 3 so far as joining of the petitioners on the promoted post of Lecturer in terms of the promotion order dated 30.05.2017 is concerned.

4. Let appropriate decision be taken by respondent no.2 & 3 at the earliest preferably within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
