1. At the very outset learned counsel for the applicants would submit that the applicant No.1 namely Baliram Pandram has already been bailed out, therefore, he do not want to press bail application for Baliram Pandram. Accordingly, bail application of Baliram Pandram is dismissed, as not pressed.

2. This is the First Bail Application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant namely Devi Singh Pandram who has been arrested on 23.10.2019 in connection with Crime No.PQR No.12714/2016 registered at Police Station Forest Range, Lormi, District Mungeli (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 2, 9, 27, 29, 31, 32, 39A, 42, 43, 44, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52 & 57of Wild Life Protection Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the applicant Devi Singh Pandram along with others have hunted a leopard in the forest Lormi. It is stated that the flesh and nails of the animal were seized from their possession.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the other co-accused has been enlarged on bail, therefore, the applicant No.2 namely Devi Singh Pandram may be released on bail.

5. Learned State counsel do not dispute the fact that the other co-accused has been enlarged on bail.

6. I have perused the documents. Considering the fact that the other co-accused has been enlarged on bail, I am inclined to release the applicant No.2 Devi Singh Pandram on bail.

7. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant No.2 Devi Singh Pandram is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond in sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
