1. This petition under Section 482 of the CrPC has been filed for correction of the name of the petitioner's father as Chandersai.

2. Learned counsel for the parties submits that the name of the petitioner's father is Chandersai, whereas it has been incorrectly recorded as Sandarsai.

3. In the order dated 17-3-2016 passed by this Court in M.Cr.C. No.1743/2016, name of the petitioner's father be read as Chandersai. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. Sd/- (Sanjay K. Agrawal) Judge Soma
