The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. in connection with Crime No.333/2017 registered at Police Station Chirmiri, District Koriya (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of I.P.C.

The counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the bail application with liberty to revive the same after the complainant is examined. 3.
