1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that time-bound pay has been sanctioned in favour of the petitioner vide order dated 1-1-2014, however, monitory benefit has not been paid to the petitioner. He would submit that the petitioner is desirous of submitting a representation raising his grievance before the competent authority, therefore, instead of deciding this petition on merits, the same may be disposed of by directing the
respondents to decide representation.
2. Learned State counsel would submit that if any representation is submitted and the order dated 1-1-2014 is still in existence & operative, petitioner's representation shall be considered, in accordance with law.
3. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event, the petitioner prefers fresh representation before the competent authority within a period of one month from today, the said authority shall consider and decide the representation by a speaking order, at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of submission of representation.
