Order On Board 23/02/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has raised an objection against the seniority list published for the post of Sub Inspector (Revenue), Municipal Corporation, Birgaon, District Raipur but as the said objection has not been considered and decided till date, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.

(3) Be that as it may, the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Birgaon,

District Raipur is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's objection on the seniority list published for the post of Sub Inspector (Revenue) and to pass reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
