The petitioner through the instant writ petition seeking for direction to the respondents for granting regular pay scale from the date of his initial appointment.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that an identical writ petition was disposed of vide W.P.(S) No. 2144/2012 dated 17.07.2012 wherein it was directed that the case of the petitioner should be placed before the committee constituted by the State-Government to look into the grievances of the similarly placed persons seeking regular pay scale from the date of initial appointment.

However, counsel for the petitioner further also refers to another order in Writ Petition No. 459 of 2015 decided on 18.02.2015 whereby it was disposed of for appropriate decision to be taken by the Committee.

State counsel at this juncture does not dispute that the case of the petitioner can also in the light of the two order referred above be referred to the Committee so constituted and the said Committee in turn shall take an appropriate decision at the earliest.

In light of the submission made by the counsel for the parties, the instant writ petition also stands disposed of in terms of the decision passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No. 2144/2012 dated 17.07.2012 and W.P. (S) No. 459 of 2015 decided on 18.02.2015.
