15.03.2019 The present MCC has been filed seeking for correction/modification in the order dated 11.02.2019 passed by this Court in WPS No. 880 of 2019. The modification sought for is to the extent that due to clerical mistake, the name of the petitioner had been wrongly typed in the writ petition as Duresh Kumar Sahu in stead of Durgesh Kumar Sahu. Counsel for the petitioner thus prayed for correction of the same. The said modification sought for is not opposed by the State counsel. Accordingly, the present MCC stands allowed. The order dated 11.02.2019 passed in WPS No. 880 of 2019 stands modified to the extent that in the cause title, the name of the petitioner hereinafter shall be read as "Durgesh Kumar Sahu" in stead of "Duresh Kumar Sahu". Counsel for the petitioner is directed to make necessary correction in the original writ petition i.e. WPS No. 880 of 2019. Let a copy of this order be made part of WPS No. 880 of 2019. Sd/- (P.
