By this petition, the petitioner has sought direction to the respondents for payment of Gratuity, GPF as also Pension, which according to the petitioner, was payable to his father, despite dismissal from service in the year 1974. 2.

Father of the petitioner was dismissed from service in the year 1974 and there is nothing to show that the father of the petitioner ever challenged the order of dismissal. There is nothing on record to show that till father of the petitioner was alive, he raised any claim by filing a petition. After death of the father of the petitioner in the year 1993, the petitioner has now came before this Court by claiming such relief in the year 2017. 3.

This petition is completely misconceived and no relief can be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. SD/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Tumane
