Present Cr.M.P. has been filed seeking restoration of Cr.M.P.No.989/2016 which got dismissed by virtue of peremptory order passed by this Court on 09/09/2016.

For the reason assigned in the said application and finding them to be satisfactory, I.A.No.1 is allowed.

An amount of Rs.2,500/- be deposited by the applicant before the High Court, Legal Services Committee, Bilaspur within a period of 7 days from today and also on the condition that the applicant in case after the defaults has not been removed, removes the default within the further period of 7 days. Cr.M.P.No. 989/2016 would stand restored to its original number. Without fulfulling the aforesaid two conditions within the stipulated period, the effect of this order shall not come into force.
