The counsel for the petitioner submits that, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed in as much as the entire amount recovered has already been paid to the claimant as per order passed by this Court on 21/03/2017 in WPS No.6791/2016.

In view of the submissions so made by the counsel for the petitioner, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present Contempt Petition. 3.
