This is the second application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.385/2017, registered at Police Station Supela, District Durg (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 368 read with Section 34 of the IPC and Sections 17 and 18 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the bail application with liberty to file the same after two months, if the trial is not concluded within the said period.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the applicant.
