AWARD (Passed on this 11.12.2021) 1.

As per the settlement arrived at between the parties, respondent No.3/Reliance General Insurance Company Limited, has hereby agreed to deposit Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) over and above the amount of compensation awarded by the learned Claims Tribunal within a period of 2 months from today. The said amount of compensation shall not carry any interest, if paid within the period of 2 months, else it shall carry interest @ 6% per annum from the date of passing of this award till the date of its actual amount. The amount of compensation shall be payable to the appellant through cheque.
