Shri N.Naha Roy submits that the enquiry proceedings have already been completed and within a month appropriate order would be passed. He submits that earlier this Court has directed the appellants to conclude the enquiry within six months, but as the said period has expired, one month's time from today be given to the applicants. 2.

Counsel for the non-applicant has no objection to this proposition. 3.

The applicants are further granted 45 days' time from today to conclude the departmental enquiry and pass the order accordingly. 4.

The M.C.C. is accordingly disposed of.
