The petitioner has filed this petition alleging willful disobedience of order dated 09-10-2017 passed in WPS No.5223 of 2017, by which the petitioner was not relieved and allowed to continue at the present place of posting. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not being compelled to join at the new place of posting, at the same time, at the present place of posting he has not being entrusted with any duty, Nor presence is being recorded and salary is also not being paid. The petitioner has already made the representation but the same situation is continuing. 3.
This Court ordered that the petitioner shall be allowed to continue at the
present place of posting. That should mean that he has to be allowed to work at the present place of posting and his presence is to be recorded, salary to be paid. Let a copy of this order be produced by the petitioner before the respondent authorities. If despite this order the same situation continues, the petitioner would be at liberty to revive this contempt petition. 4.
