Heard on application for restoration of WPS No. 1383 of 2015 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide Court order dated 04.02.2020.
On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 04.02.2020 passed in WPS No. 1383 of 2015 is recalled. Consequently, WPS No. 1383 of 2015 is directed to be restored to its original number.
Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
