The present is an application under Section 439 of CrPC seeking for grant of bail to the Applicant who is in jail since 3.9.2017 in connection with Crime No.187/2017, registered at Police Station- Outpost- Ambagarh Chowki, District- Rajnandgaon, for the offence punishable under Section 489(A), (B), (C), (D) & (E) of IPC.
