This is second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. preferred by the applicant before this Court. No other bail application is pending before any other Court.

Earlier, the first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court on 08.01.2019 in MCRC No.9408 of 2018.

Counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to withdraw the instant bail application with liberty to file subsequent bail application after the filing of charge sheet.

There is no need to get liberty to file any subsequent bail application on the new grounds.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn without considering the merits of the case.
