1. By order dated 30-6-2014, passed by the State Government, the petitioner, working as ANM at Primary Health Centre, Kerlapal, Community Health Centre, Sukma, district Sukma was transferred at her own request to Subhealth Centre, Dimarpal, Community Health Centre, Tokapal, district Bastar. When the petitioner was not relieved, she preferred WP (S) No.5200/14, which was disposed of on 7-10-2014, directing the respondents to relieve
the petitioner subject to compliance of any other administrative instructions issued by the State Government regarding relieving of any employee working in the scheduled area. The said order was served on Chief Medical & Health Officer, Jagdalpur on 24-10-2014, however, the petitioner could be relieved by the Chief Medical & Health Officer, Sukma on 15-4-2015. In the meanwhile, Chief Medical & Health Officer, Jagdalpur posted respondent No.3 at Dimarpal.
2. Since the order concerning the petitioner has been issued by the State Government and thereafter pursuant to the direction issued by this Court, she has been relieved from Sukma, it is the obligation of Chief Medical & Health Officer, Jagdalpur to allow the petitioner to join at Sub-health centre Dimarpal, Block/Community Health Centre, Tokapal, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that Chief Medical & Health Officer, Jagdalpur shall allow the petitioner to join as ANM at Sub-health Centre, Dimarpal, Block/Community Health Centre, Tokapal, district Bastar, within a period of 15 days from today.
