Agrawal Order On Board 07/12/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in supplementary examination of Higher Secondary School Certificate, 2008 the petitioner has been awarded less marks, whereas she is a meritorious student, she ought to have been awarded more marks in the Applied Economics and Commercial Geography, against which she has made representation before respondent authorities, but neither enquiry has been conducted in this regard nor compensation has been paid to the petitioner for loss of one year, hence this petition. (2) Be that as it may, respondent No.2 is directed to conduct an
enquiry in the case of the petitioner and take a decision after hearing the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No costs.
