The dispute of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the petitioner is entitled for an enhanced pension by virtue of the revision of pension which need to be done by the respondents. 2.

Perusal of the record would show that the petitioner was an employee under the respondent No.3-Bank, which is governed under the provisions of the Chhattisgarh Cooperative Societies Act. The Act and Rules provide for the employees governed under the Cooperative Law to raise dispute before the authorities notified under the Act for ventilating their grievances.

Given the said facts, let the petitioner, if he so wants, raise a dispute under the Cooperative Law for ventilating his grievances subject to the dispute raised by the petitioner be one which would be tenable under the Cooperative Law.

With the aforesaid liberty and observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
