Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 2 7 /0 2 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land has been acquired by respondent No. 3- National Thermal Power Corporation (henceforth 'NTPC') but the compensation has not been paid for the same.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 3 - NTPC would submit that for part of the land, compensation has already been paid and for part of the land, acquisition proceeding is going on. (3) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. (4) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to file representation before respondent No. 3- N.T.P.C. for redressal of his grievances within a period of four weeks from today and, in turn, the authority concerned shall

consider and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a further period of four weeks in accordance with law.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
