Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 01/03/2018 Though transfer order is challenged on various grounds, considering that the transfer order was passed on 14/08/2017 and the writ petition is filed as late as in the month of February, 2018, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to pursue his representation and the representation which has already been filed, shall be decided by the respondent authorities within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
