1. This petition has been brought being aggrieved by the order dated 17.02.2021 by which the learned Family Court has dismissed the application of the petitioner filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

2. Considered on the submissions. The petition is disposed off at the motion stage. The impugned order is set aside and the application under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act is restored. The learned Family Court is directed to consider on the submissions of the petitioner and the nonapplicant on the basis of the documents of property produced before the same Court and pass fresh order in accordance with law.
