Agrawal Order On Board 29/10/2015 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court by order dated 30.07.2014 passed in W.P. (S) No. 3705/2014 directed the respondent No. 2 to consider representation of the petitioner in accordance with law on its own merits. Respondent No. 2- Chief Medical Officer, Rajnandgaon has passed the order on 6.4.2015 rejecting his representation but no reasons have been assigned and it is a non speaking order.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents would submit that the respondent No. 2 will pass order afresh in accordance

with law within six weeks from today. In view of the statement made by learned counsel appearing for the State, this writ petition stands finally disposed of.

(4) Interim order granted by this Court on 29.04.2015 shall remain operative for a period of six weeks till the order is passed afresh by the respondent No. 2 as stated by learned counsel appearing for the State.
