1. The petitioner's case for compassionate appointment has been rejected on the ground that she is married daughter of the deceased Government servant.

2. Learned State counsel would submit that by circular dated 223-2016, in view of the decision rendered by this Court, the word 'unmarried' has been deleted, therefore, an opportunity may be granted to the Collector to decide the case of the petitioner in

W.P.(S)No.992/2016 the light of circular dated 22-3-2016.

3. The prayer is fair and reasonable.

4. The impugned order is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the Collector, North Bastar Kanker to take decision in accordance with the circular dated 22-3-2016 and to consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

5. With the above observation, the petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
