1. The instructions so far as have not been received by State counsel.

2. The State counsel, however, submits that in view of order dated 09-

01-2017 (Annexure P-3), direction may be issued.

3. The Chief Medical and Health Officer, Korba vide memo dated 0901-2017, directed the District Programme Manager to release the amount of TA/DA Rs. 1,38,547/-. The order also shows that District Programme Manager was required to show the receipt of payment made.

4. In view of the above, respondent No. 4 is directed to release the TA/DA amount as per letter dated 09-01-2017 by Chief Medical Health Officer within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
