This MCC has been placed before this Court by way of an Office Reference. The matter has been placed before this Court for modification of an order dated 29.11.2020 passed in MCC No. 523 of 2019. The modification sought for is to the extent of the year of the registration of the MCC, which inadvertently has been reflected as '2019' instead of '2018'; so also the modification sought for is with the reference of the year of the original Writ Petition, which again inadvertently has been reflected as '2018' instead of '2014'.

This Bench on careful consideration of the reference, allows the same and the order dated 29.11.2019 in MCC No. 523 of 2019 stands modified to the extent that the number of MCC shall be read as 'MCC No. 523 of 2018' instead of MCC No. 523 of 2019'. Similarly, in the cause title, the year of the original writ petition shall be read as 'Writ Petition (S) No. 6057 of 2014' instead of 'Writ Petition (S) No. 6057 of 2018'. 3.
