Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 23/11/2017 Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the dispute raised in this petition is identical to those batch of cases in which common order has been passed by this Court on 30/10/2017.

Accordingly, similar statement made by learned counsel for the respondent shall be applied in the present case also and the petition is disposed off with a clear direction that if the respondent / SECL intend to proceed in the departmental enquiry against the petitioner, then it shall issue a proper charge sheet along with list of documents and witnesses.
