The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of WPC No. 3917/2019 which got dismissed on account of a peremptory order passed by this Court on 20.11.2019.

For the reasons mentioned in the application and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the present MCC is allowed. It is directed that subject to the applicants depositing cost of Rs.1,000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund Account No. 32749718036 and furnishing receipt of the same within a period of 10 days from today to the Registry of this Court, WPC No. 3917/2019 shall be restored to its original number. It is further directed that the default pointed out by the Registry in WPC No. 3917/2019 shall be cured within a period of 3 weeks from the date of restoration of the Writ petition. Sd/- (P.
