This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 180/2015, registered at Police Station-Urla, Distt. Raipur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 376 (2) (<) read with Section 109 of the IPC and Section 6 of the POSCO Act.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicant at length and keeping in view that three prosecution witnesses including the prosecutrix have already been examined, I deem it appropriate to

direct the trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the bail application stands disposed of.
