Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that by order dated 4.4.2015 (Annexure P/2) the petitioner was promoted on the post of Executive Engineer and posted him at Durg. Thereafter, by order dated 21.4.2015 (Annexure P/1) his place of posting was changed from Durg to Bilaspur in order to accommodate respondent

No.6, which is impermissible in law. He would further submit that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before the State Government raising his grievances.

On the other hand, learned State counsel and learned counsel for respondent No.6 oppose the writ petition.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 4.

The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the State Government raising his grievance within a period of two weeks from today. If such representation is filed, the State Government shall consider and decide the same and take decision on the representation of the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation. Interim relief granted on 28.4.2015 shall remain in operation for further 45 days. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
