This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 16/2014, registered at Police Station-Sejbahar, Distt. Raipur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 304-B/34 of the IPC. 2.
This is third bail application.

Learned Senior counsel appearing for he applicant would submit that twelve witnesses have already been examined, but the police witnesses, who are two in number, are not appearing. 4.
The Superintendent of Police, Raipur is directed to ensure the presence of two witnesses before the trial Court in the next date of hearing, which is fixed in the month of July, 2016. The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously and submit the report. 5.
With the aforesaid observation, third bail application stands disposed of.
