Order On Board 28/03/2018 (1) Alleging that the respondents have not complied with the orders and directions issued by this court in W.P. (C) No. 3889/2015 dated 18.12.2015, the complainant is before this court in this contempt petition.

(2) Mr. Rahul Tamaskar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that erroneously order dated 22.03.2017 was passed by Nayab Tahsildar, Manora, that has been withdrawn on 23.03.2018 after seeking permission from the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue).
