Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is entitled for the bravery award for his excellent work for which he may be

allowed to make representation before the respondent authority. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 4.

Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to make representation before the competent authority within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and, in turn, the competent authority shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation for grant of bravery award within a period of 30 days thereafter. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
