Present petition for restoration of W.P.No.3806/2004, dismissed for non compliance of order dated 16.05.2014 passed by the learned Single Judge, has been filed after 287 days of its limitation. 2.
Heard on I.A.No.01/2015, for condonation of delay in filing the petition. 3.
Considering the reluctancy of the petitioner and substantial dispute between the parties, I.A.No.01/2015 is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- to the High Court Legal Aid Committee, within 15 days from today.

Also heard on restoration petition.

If the cost of Rs.2000/- is paid within the stipulated period, W.P.No.3806/2004 dismissed for non compliance of order dated 16.05.2014 passed by the learned Single Judge, shall be restored to its original number.

After restoring the petition, the petitioner shall comply the order dated 16.05.2014 within two weeks.
