Puranlal Sarwa), this appeal is not maintainable as it arises out of inter lacutory order passed by the Family Court in the matter of granting interim maintenance. This appeal is dismissed as not maintainable, however, with liberty to the appellant to take appropriate remedy as may be available to him under the law.
