Shri Neeraj Pradhan and Shri Satish Gupta, Advocates S.B. Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 10/01/2018
1. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an order of regularization of the petitioner has now been passed. He would submit that though the petitioner has been regularized, there are certain terms and conditions which are illegal and not correct in law, which the petitioner does not accept.
2. Considering the said submission, at this stage, I am not inclined to continue with the contempt proceedings.
3. Rule is therefore discharged and the petition is finally disposed off, however, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the terms and conditions of the regularization.
