1. The Claim of the petitioner, in the present writ petition, is for a direction to the respondents for considering the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.

2. According to the petitioner's father Lakhan Lal Khandekar died in harness on 06.03.2004. the petitioner then was a minor. On attaining the age of majority in the year 2009, the petitioner had moved an application for compassionate appointment which till date has not been finalized.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the Respondent No.2 and 3 to take a decision so far as the claim of the

petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment is concerned, the application which is pending consideration before them since long and an appropriate decision be taken within 3 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondents No. 2 and 3 so far as the order passed by this court is concerned Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Jyoti JUDGE
