Grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner had moved an application before respondent No.2 on 23.01.2016 for change of timing of regular permit on the route Durg to Kawardha via Dhamdha, Saja, Khamariya, Gochiya and back one return trip daily, the application has remained pending without any decision.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, it is directed that the application dated 23.01.2016 shall be decided by the authority concerned within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
