Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order on Board 05.03.2019 1.

The limited grievance of the petitioner is that, the petitioner retired from the post of Dy. Chief Executive Officer working under the respondent No.2 w.e.f. 30.04.2017. According to the petitioner, before his retirement the petitioner had put in service of more than 12 years without any promotion and therefore he was entitled for the benefit of time bound pay scale which the government employee receives on completion of 10 years of service without promotion. 2.

The counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has made many representations in this regard but the authorities have not decided the same. Neither have they granted the relief and

thereby the retiral dues payable to the petitioner also has been paid less than what he was otherwise entitled for. 3.

Given the said limited grievance that the petitioner has raised, let the respondent No.2 take a decision on the representation so made by the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner would also be entitled for fresh representation, if he so choses.

4.
