Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that only limited prayer of the petitioner is that the petitioner has filed an appeal which is pending before the Commissioner, Sarguja and the appeal memo is Annexure P-8, that may be directed to the decided within specified time. 2.

Learned State counsel would submit that appeal memo would show that it has been filed on 10/11/2020 and no exorbitant time has passed till date. 3.

Considering the fact that the appeal memo is dated 10/11/2020 without further observation on the merit, it is directed that the Commissioner may decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible without any unnecessary adjournment.
