1. This is an office reference being taken up on the P.U.D. Dated 28/10/2017 by the First Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur.

2. The matter pertains to Sessions Trial No.143/2011 pending before the said Court. It is the case where offence under Sections 395, 397, 342 and 120B of I.P.C. and 25/27 of Arms Act have been registered against the accused.

3. The Court below has sought for a short extension of time in addition to what was already been granted by this Court on 21/08/2017. The reasons envisaged in the application seems to be satisfactory and genuine and therefore this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the trial Court is granted another extension of time.

4. Accordingly, the trial Court is granted time as sought for within which they should ensure the disposal of the trial. All endeavors should be made to ensure that the matter is decided within the said period.

5. Accordingly, the present Cr.M.P. along with P.U.D. dated 28/10/2017 is disposed off.
