Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made an application / representation for redressal of his grievance before the Sub Divisional Officer, Raipur on 26.12.2017 that may be directed to be considered and decided expeditiously. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2- Sub Divisional Officer, Raipur is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation for redressal of his grievance expeditiously preferably within a period of three

weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner would also be at liberty to make additional representation before the concerned authority, if any.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
