Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order dated 12.10.2020 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Bilaigarh, Baloda Bazaar-Bhatapara (C.G.) is not being complied by the respondent authority.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make an application before the District Magistrate/Collector, BalodabazaarBhatapara raising his grievance, who shall

look into the matter and proceed in accordance with law expeditiously.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed off.
